Credit controller Phumzile bad service

I tried to arrange for payment plan with the Credit Controller from Mafadi Phumzile in December 2023 and she did not respond. In January I paid extra on my rent to pay what I owe and my remaining balance is now R2000 of which I was going to pay R1000 extra on my rent before month end(January). My electricity got disconnected because of this. I was not given any formal warning and she did not even try to reach out.

I called her after getting disconnected and she had the audacity to tell me she cannot run after for payment and if I cannot afford I should move out. Didn’t even give me a chance to speak.

She has never been easy to communicate with because she does not answer calls during working hours and takes her sweet time to respond. I will not tolerate such disrespect from a place I am paying a lot of money to stay at. This is not even half the incidents I have experienced under Mafadi. You are very unprofessional and lack communication skills. As you for Phumzile, take a course on customer service and if it’s not your thing leave. You do not speak over your clients and be rude.
