Credit Controllers (Phumzile Khumalo) Ability to listen with understanding,assertive and very professional. Manager (Lucky) high level of emotional intelligence, he displayed at one occasion during a query raised about a Dstv connection issue. Caretaker ( Vuyo Dube) Quick to respond to any matters big or small, always offering immediate realistic solutions thereby difusing unneccessay fires,making our stay a happy and peaceful one. He always takes all our punches with much ease. Then the handy man, forgot the boys' name he works alongside an old man,never complaints but assists deligently.One time I complained about drains he came same day to sort out, then the stove he also fixed chop chop and left me smiling...lol. I will definitely renew my lease for another year to come (smiles). The cleanliness in the complex is what gives me more peace. The landscaping is on point.Then safety and security. Please keep it up (Smiles) My only suggestion is the windows, if there's a way to clean them since it's difficult and not safe to clean, maybe they can outsource at an extra cost as per tenant request.
