Communication S****s are desperately needed for Mafadi Employees

I urge you to please look into the emails of your staff- and please record conversations between your staff and tenants. The Property Manager Tonde is very rude to me specifically, perhaps it is because I call out his short-comings. Yesterday the 14th July was another such day where Tonde was rude to me, luckily I have learnt to take his call in a crowded room so that many people can bear witness to his rudeness.

Yesterday issue was regarding the Building Manager Trymore- and understanding if it was normal that he sits in the gaurdhouse at the heater. And instead of Tonde trying to understand his immediate reaction was to be defensive and attack me, then deny he was being attacked, Luckily he was on loud speaker as was told he was attacking me verbally!!!

Over an above that, the below issues still remain. I have to also add that the water is very high- today i discovered the lea****!

Today is the 15th of June. These complaints where laid in Dec on the 9th. Maintenance guys came out on the 10th June to repair and did not fix everything. They attempted to come back on the 21st of June (it was a Sunday) and I indicated they must come in the week.

Here is the list again: 1. Garage door wont open or close, reported to Trymore on 08 Dec, security guard on duty has assessed this and give feedback. My vehicle is now parking outside, should my vehicle be ****** Mafadi will be held liable as this has been reported!!! This was fixed by Trymore and Stanley. Temporarily fixed, door is tedious and heavy to open STILL REMAINS UNFIXED 2. NEW- Main Bedroom ceiling is sagging- reported to Trymore the 04 May. He has taken photos of the damage. REPAIRS DONE ON THE 10th JUNE however, THE CEILING STILL SAGS 3. NEW- kitchen sink is lifting again as previously reported. This is due to the initial instillation of the sink not being done correctly and water damage to the area SILICONE ADDED-PLEASE LOG THIS ON FILE THAT THIS DAMAGE WAS DUE TO INCORRECT INSTALLATION AND I AM NOT NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT WORSENING DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE FROM THE LETTING AGENTS 4. NEW- garage light does not go on instantly- it appears the starter is gone REMAINS UNFIXED! 5. Shower Mixer does not mix water and the water is either hot or cold!
