Careless and unproffessional staff

When I got to their premises I spent the whole week without an electricity. When I report the matter, no one was interested in assisting me nor even responding to my complaint. I also reported some things that needs to be fixed, not even one has entertained me. The grocery cupboard is just a mess, not mentioning the floor. The Elevators are always not working, with in a building of 14 floors, with pregnant and disable people. I also reported this and they did what they do best, IGNORED ME. I requested an apology in writing as I was bathing with cold water, not even one bothered, but end of the month they demanded full rent. If my wife gets a miss courage in that flat due to their elevators, then "Die pope sal dans" I am still gonna take this matter further, I cannot sit and watch while our rights as BLACKS being undermined like this.
