i live in one of their buildings, it is the worst place to be. I have been disputing the water bill and the maintenance that needs to be done to the place i "upgraded" to. The caretaker is the worst to deal with. Their office staff are rude and unprofessional. They will send you around to speak to everyone without any solution. i have lived there for over a year and i regret each day because of how they run things. How the hell do two people run a 1.5k water bill when the one of the two is hardly home. I have been complaining about maintenance in the new unit without any help from a caretaker who thinks his doing us a favour. Curtain rails are broken, doors are loose, light bulbs dont work, stove is broken and burnt my R700 kettle, toilet leaks, shower head doesnt work, paint job is ****ty, the list is endless. They do not attend to anything and by the time they do that experience is the ****tiest you will ever experience. No one is held accountable. I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy. The rent is not worth it whatsoever. By God's grace my partner and i will find a new place. The staff kenneth, dimakatso, buhle,joseph, useless, miera had her days/ moments but they all need to learn how to deal with people especially when it comes to peoples personal space and finances. Mafadi should be cancelled!. period!
