I don’t even see the need why I should be saying good

I am writing this email with ABSOULTE DISGUST

I have been tenant at the apartments on oak 3 ON 4 OAK AVENUE FERNDALE RANDBURG since the 4th of May 2018.i did not move in on the day that I was supposed to which was on the 1st of May 2018 as the unit was not complete yet my deposit was already requested and paid in way before the move in day. I have received the most ******* service from Mafadi then what words could express as they say that I am the first person to live this apartment. However the state that this apartment that I am paying for bull****. hardly a week of living here and I have a million issues which says to me that mafadi actually doesn’t give a ****. The shower doesn’t work the water gets stuck the shower is not even fully tiled the place has paint drops all over. I’ve spoken to the building manager, the agent however they are not bothered what gets under my skin is that we ****en work hard for our money month end rent is paid no excuses. the ****ty services from mafadi is beyond *******. I can’t take a bath every single day at work while I am paying thousands monthly. Everyone is pushing the blame onto the next person that is always unavailable. I want this matter resolved within 48 hours if that is not the case. I want my full refund I want every last cent. I want reimbur*****t for every delivery that I have paid to get my furniture to get there. nothing is clean, like ***s live in a better state. I will be taking this matter to the extreme if it must happen that way. so ****en sick and tired of people taking us for a ride with our hard earned money this is BULL**** . and I will be naming and shaming I’ve sent all the pictures to the building manager regarding this matter and nothing has been done this is ******* I want my money back so I can find a better managed place. MAFADI IS BULL**** PERIOD. I want service/ or my money back. Those people you hired to come remove those paint stains that are all over the place I am even getting sick because of all the paint smell, the incomplete shower that I am supposed to bath in on the daily. I doubt any of you would live in that condition that my apartment is in. currently either you pay for a new place where I will be stating until that place is sorted out Or you give me a full refund of money with interest including all my moving costs this is a fair warning that I am giving to you guys. You have 48 hours or Then we can get the ball rolling and see each other in court because what puzzles me is how a safety inspector so this place fit for accommodation when it’s still incomplete What exactly was on that inspection sheet that they ticked correct and up to standard. Maybe I should request to see that report so we can get my lawyers opinions about this And do our own investigation. One way or another I am in a position of deserves Someone from HIGH POSTION so you would put it to handle this matter as in yesterday cause you have employed a bunch of *********** people who don’t whether the sun is sunning or not. Simply because they are sleeping in complete units.
