Breach of contract and poor maintanance

<p>I have a lease contract with Mafadi Property management.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i took out the contract the agreement was that i will be paying R150 for water with a 10% increase each and every year. The water was increased with 10% this year and it is now R165.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have now invoiced me R 350 for water and when i asked they are telling me that they are paying R 350 to the body coprporate. They have never mentioned anything about Body Corporate when i took out this lease agreement. I advised them to install the water meters at the flat so that i can only pay for the water that i use, they refused.</p> <p> </p> <p>The flat it is now in a bad state, as there is no DSTV and the lifts are not working. I have reported this to mafadi seniors and no one is doing any thing about the situation. They keep on sending me incorrect invoices. Can someone please assist.</p>
