Billing Issue that’s just not going to go away if not addressed

I’ve been trying to resolve a Billing Issue at Complex 376 on Deveraux Winchester Hills for many months off and on. Finally decided to speak to Marcel last week who promised on Monday and Wednesday to call me back and till now nothing. Between Monday and today I’ve made numerous calls with wait times of 17 minutes as No 1 in the Que but eventually just cuts off.
