Being locked out of the flat. Locks changed without my knowledge. Basically being ******* locked out. Even though I know my rent is arrears. And I had made arrangement with the account for payment .

Since a lodged a complain nothing has been done. I've been trying to call their no answer. Only receptionist takes message wit no response
