Being ignored

I've bought a property at Green Reef Village in 2021 Jan and have noticed a long tree that's posing a risk to us (people), cars and a house when there's a strong wind due to branches falling and also there are small pieces that falls and causes corrosion on the roof which can result in a leaking roof ( damage to furniture and building itself) therefore have sent a request for the tree to be cut off. My first request was in 16 Sep 22 (request 10723) with follow ups and the second request was on the 17 Jan 22 (request 24180) and to date there's no feedback on a way forward. This is really frustrating because month in month out we pay levies however when we need assistance no one is willing to assist. If you don't pay Mafadi the levy within 10 days they penalize you with R100 but they ignore our queries.I even offered them to come and assess so they can make an informed decision but no one bothered.
