Been charged an additional R250 on my rent, the company made a promise they can't keep 👎🏼

I am writing this with extreme disappointment i am extremely angry and i had just about enough of this damn company! *Joshua Green* please kindly assist me i moved into the property on the 1st of June 2022 i was promised an electricity voucher of R500 that i haven't gotten TILL TODAY but wait there's more. The agent who's name is Junior Laxon Ncube made us sign a wrong lease agreement with more rental money with the hopes to taking the extra money for himself i fortunately found out that i was been charged an extra R250 on my rent i called Sibusiso asking him to fix this but nothing was done. The next month an sms was sent saying i owe money i should settle it my sister went down to the office that very same day.

There a brand new lease agreement was signed after my sister had to fight. THIS MONTH AGAIN we still been charged an extra R250 this is now looking bad in our credit record and will damage our chances at taking anything out on CREDIT

I have tried my level best to deal with you guys professionall now i am ANGRY i am involving lawyers and police in this matter.

I am not going to pay an additional fee for a mistake the agent made.
