Bad taste

I spoke to Dumisani and he let us view a 3 bedroom apartment but we were told that there are no available units. I sent him all my documents, including sensitive identification and banking details but he did not have to have them since there were no units available. He promised to call but nothing. I then spoke to Glenda Paile or something, and she said she will call back but nothing. Very disappointing service and literally just appalling. I hope my documents are all deleted for my security.
