We saw an advert on your website regarding bachelor flats that are available, we saw one situated at "Bjala Building for R1750.00. We made inquiries and a gentlemen by the name of Prince send me a whatsapp to make an appointment to come view. We went there and he called Jack to assist us. On arrival Jack told us that afore said flat is no longer available and he called a lady by the name of Lillian who said she has bachelor flats at Masana building. We went there and Jack showed us a flat, we liked it even though it was R2290.00. Jack asked if I have brought along my documents??? Which I was never told to bring along, I went home and submitted them the next day, and I filled an application form for approval. Prince told me to pay the deposit to secure the place, he send me banking details and I made an EFT payment. He only send your price list after I made the payment. The price list came through there after and the rates were inflate to which was unreasonable compared to what I was initially told. Now that I cancelled the applications I was never told that cancellations are charged as I hadn't even signed the lease. I was payed R150.00 from the initial payment of R1300.00 that I had made which is appalling. I request assistance in this matter.
