BAD SERVICE - INNOCENT ZWANE - CREDIT CONTROLLER

Very disappointing service from employee by the name Innocent Zwane- credit controller. Each an every month , we get incorrect statement, with penalty charges that he cannot explain. When you call and ask , he will tell you to report that to the caretaker and when you do that. The caretaker says you must report to the credit controller. Its so frustrating to stay at this company `s properties. BAD SERVICE. It is as if you are begging them to stay there.
