Bad Service from Mafadi Property Management

The service from their account department is extremely horrible, there is a guy by the name of Wian, who neither takes action or even acknowledge a simple email you sent. For over 4 months, have been having account query, but no action has been taken by him for my Unit (5 Honey Suckle).
