Bad service from mafadi do not rent with them

Mafadi propety manager themba who manages the redeemed heave birch acres was soo mean and rude i have nevert even once missed any rent payment i pay my rent on time i have submitted my notice to leave the premises on the 18th of march i have submitted all the requied documentation for my deposit yo be refunded although it will not be refunded in full because i didnt put in a one month notice , i called themba he doesn’t answer his phone on the 24 march 2020 he answered he was very rude and telling me lies that they only processing my documents today and im not going yo get my money back, i worked hard for that money and if i have to take mafadi to court i will do that im really not happy with the service from Themba and i do not recommend anyone to rent with mafadi they are not loyal redeemed heaven 80% of the people who stays there fail to pay rent , am one of the loyal people who made sure my rent is paid on time gettng service from mafadi is not nice i even made sure i painted and left the place clean and neat although when i moved in it was a mess im upset and im not happy at all
