Bad service

I am not happy with the services provided by the Mafadi office, they are not helpful, I received my May statement with an excessive amount I called their office to get a detailed statement of how they got to the amount shown on my statement, the statement was not given however I was rushed to a solution of getting into a settlement agreement. The matter is still not resolved, and I have been sent from pillar to post with no solution.
