Bad service ever

am the tenant at Park Square, I move here 1 November 2020, I spoke with agent Adri, she said I must pay money I did that she said unit is clean, I will get the key on the security gate, I came with my stuff, boom unity is dirt, smells in bathroom, stoves are not working cupboard are fallen, there was a mess from days and there is no turning back cz I was already here with my stuff. I called her she never even bothered here self to answer my calls, I use different numbers it's whe she answer that's they will sort it out. The tiles were broken as well

The lease part I never signed I said please came with the lease and explained to us, she didn't even do that, she never came to do a handover inside the unit, I report to center management bt he also said there is nothing he can do cz he is busy with exterior not interior things, I said I am not going to pay the other half of deposit until Adri came here and do hand over and explain to us about my deposit, we did not sleep with Josh calls and threaded us that they will blacklisted us, if we do not pay that balance, he didn't even lesson what I said. I end up paying it.

Now I want my deposit back I don't even know how is the possess works, they are busy sending statements, and other new lease, and the manager of this Agennt Adri said I will pay the money of new lease even if I did not sign the lease, he will force me to pay the money of new, and I wanted to move out and get my money I don't know any more, no helps me At Mofadi
