Bad service

I’m very disappointed and angry with this company, I was renting out at Ironwood for 2 years , I’ve moved out to the apartment in September 2020 , the promised to pay back my deposit after their cater taker check the house on 30 September and he confirmed everything was in good condition, my deposit was R2800 but in my surprise I’ve just received R500 today. With no explanation why, I want my Deposit back today. I will take this further to expose them cause they always do this to other people
