Bad service - bad attitude - Useless staff.

I moved in at mafadi Aug , I then put my notice to move out end of feb when I sent my notice I did not get even one reply from this people I then decided I will leave early and then I told saeed about this and a guy called mnoses - and it was then fine I called George to ask about my dep he said I must call first week of march I do that he flippin tells me there are docs that needs to be signed Im like ok why did you not tell me in the beginning he said he will call saeed.. I then call saeed to find out if George called him and he tells me he didn't and I need to call Simphiwe for inspection docs I do that and and siphiwe tells me that I must freaken give him a break?mean who needs a break here? today is the 5th day of the month no one follows process in this company and I wonder if there is any process or policy they do not reply to you and when they do they reply to you like you are a child or they give you incorrect information... I need the deposit to be sorted out ., I do not have time to be calling around people who promises they will call me and they tell me that they are busy I want this to be sorted out or the next mail you will receive will be from the tribunal
