Bad service and rude portfolio manager for Midrand Village

I am not happy how Mafadi billing system work Jacques who was very rude and thinking he is smart just because he is a portfolio manager creating amounts and story that’s doesn’t exist of which in a month of December I paid twice but he doesn’t tell me where the amount went. I will take this further I am property owner that one belongs to me you cannot bull me as if I rent from one of your properties.
