Bad service and rude account people

The worsz people ever in cosmo city palm springs they lock people out and switch off the electricity no matter you made arrangements and you are short with r1000 bad management and rude people who are handling accounts especially a lady called Phumzile she is rude and *********** and cruel she doesnt know how to speak to people
