Bad service

There's a guy that work for this company called Clinton he send emails and expert you to respond but if you send an email trying to get something sorted out he does reply. I moved in one of their apartment beginning of February this year. And when I came to view the place there was no security gate at the door and I was promised a security gate to be installed in a matter of time. It didn't happened until I decided enough is enough I'm moving out for security reasons end of September. Now I'm enquiring about my deposit since I gave them a month's notice as per agreement. I'm not getting answers.
