Bad poor ********* customer exploitation

They will switch off your electricity and take you out of premises without any notice. They also employ foreign securities who do not even have working permits to work in South Africa let alone passports. When I want my to be refunded my rent money that I already paid in advance they tell me about processes that they must follow but when they switch off electricity and kick you out of their property they do not follow any process.

They even employ foreigners to make sure that they can do as they please.

This company needs to be investigated to check their ethics, consumerism, exploitation and incorrect labor practices.

In Shellhouse building they keep and protect businesses that are selling **** goods from cigarettes to clothes. In so doing the are promiting ******** activities in the country.

Never go there is you want to have a place to stay and enjoy yourself in a rented place otherwise you will leave in hell.

More especial if you not will to bribe their Building Managers and securities. Now we have to go back and forth regarding my refund Regards
