Bad governance

From a governance perspective, they suck. They have just been appointed as agents at our estate. They do not have any understanding of the HOA rules, and have been issuing warnings without following any reasonable process. They protect the identities of complainants who, themselves, have broken privacy laws through ******* photography of private property. I will be exploring my options with the ombudsman.
