Bad customer service from Mafadi properties

Bad communication, no professionalism and bad customer service. Electricity trips non stop, the gate motor hasn't been attended for some time now. Maintenance stuff never picks up phone calls and the care taker leaves with the keys needed to bring back electricity power. This place is a disaster.
