Bad Bad Service/ No Service

<p style="color: #555555; font-size: 14px;">This is the 4th week battling with the useless sales agent responsible for Greenshank Villas. Ever since we have moved in, there has been no inspection done at the unit we staying in. We have never met anyone except for the security guards.</p> <p style="color: #555555; font-size: 14px;">When we moved in we noticed a leak in the toilet cirsten, geyser was not working, there was also another leak in the kitchen area. We have reported the issues to them over and over. When a plumber is coming here we have to leave a key because we at work during the day. The agent Dzunani Mzimba told me he was getting us a good unit whilst he knew that the block he put us in had many problems. We have asked to be moved to another unit but we are being ignored now.</p> <p style="color: #555555; font-size: 14px;">We have no hot water at all now and still have the leaks and we paying for the water being lost. At the end of the month we supposed to pay for rental while we receiving the ****ty service.</p>
