Avoid Forte Complex in Crescent Glades – Poorly Managed by Mafadi property

Living in Forte Complex, managed by Mafadi, has been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. This place is extremely poorly managed. For the second time now, the City has cut off our electricity due to non-payment – not because of cable faults or technical issues, but purely because the managing agents didn’t pay the electricity bill(levies) - as a tenant i’m on prepaid electricity and suffering because of poor management ?

The last time, we went four full days without power. Just a month later, it’s happening again – and I have no idea when the power will be restored. This is completely unacceptable.

Life is hard enough, and even worse when you have a baby who depends on formula

I strongly advise against renting or buying in this complex or anything managed by mafadi properties . It’s been a nightmare.
