Appalling service from property manager.

I am writing today to complain of the poor/No service at all I received from Mafadi Properties from the February 2018.

I have been sending emails to Preshanthan Naidoi who works as a Property Manager about the poor security in my unit at Summerplace, Kloofendal. My unit was broken into and everyone I send emails to Preshanthan, he informs me that they are busy with quotes. It is almost 3 months now and we still get no response from Mofadi.

I think people with these positions should take their jobs more seriously or be removed and put in positions that they are capable of performing. He does not answer his cell phone or take any calls at his office. Nobody reply’s to emails and the saddest thing is that nobody else can assist you. There is no sense of urgency or customer service when dealing with tenants, very bad experience dealing with Mafadi.
