Appalled with unsatisfactory service from Mafadi Property Management

Dealing with Mafadi property management has been my worst experience. I am a resident at one of the complex's that are managed by them and have not been happy with their services from day one. There are quite a few issues including WIFI connection, lack of security, etc. but the most recent one is that we were charged two amounts for water usage. Furthermore, there is no transparency regarding how we got to the amounts as no meter readings or explanation on the cost per liter was given to tenants. When you contact them telephonically or via email you there is not feedback.

I need this billing issue to be resolved instead of being charged interest for not paying the second water amount. I also want the agency to be transparent with meter readings so that we are not charged incorrectly.
