Anyone considering renting from this company, I wouldn’t recommend it

Anyone considering renting from this company, I wouldn’t recommend it. We’ve been without hot water for five days, and today there’s no water at all. I’m honestly exhausted from complaining. At first, I thought it was just maintenance, but what kind of maintenance lasts from 7 a.m. until 7:40 p.m. with tenants left without any water? The worst part is the complete lack of communication. If they had at least informed us, we could have prepared ourselves. The communication here is extremely poor.
