I agree with Robb, Priyal, Biziwe, and others who've had bad experiences. Dont waste your time!! Terrible service and operations. I don't understand how some people are happy with their service. I 've been a resident for 9 months and had endless grief. I was given a different unit than what I signed in my lease. I had to go pass the manager who ignored my issues and deal directly with the exec of Mafadi. The agent never met me since and I fetched my key from the caretaker. I emailed and requested for the agent to assist and was continuously ignored. I requested for faults to be fixed multiple times and nothing was done. I never paid my rent late yet Mafadi affected my credit profile with TPN which caused unnecessary stress- every payment I made followed proof which was emailed. I'm so glad I'm moving out of this ****ty place!!
