ANGRY TENANT

My name is Minenhle Mtshali staying in one of Mafadi properties in greenshank villas unit 109, I have been complaining about the electricity going on and off because of people from outside *****ing the electricity and connecting wires to our electricity and funny enough these people they friends with the caretaker called Carol from our complex which means she knows everything that is happening from outside..I have complained several times about my unit having on and off electricity and not all the units experience the same problem in the units and I spoke to the manager and suggested they move me to another unit because this will damage my electronics in da house but his feedback was him tellin me I will have to pay deposit to be moved to another unit in the same complex and will be liable for the damage made in the unit I am currently in right now. As I am writtin this complaint I am sitting in the dark since yesterday and not because of load shedding but I am still experiencin the unresolved matter of electricity going on and off and theres only few units experiencing the problem including mine.I have a small child that needs to eat but how do I fed her without electricity? As I am speakin right now my tv is not working, computer from work is not working,stove only 2plate is working, all the globes are not working and the shower is shocking because of this problem I am having.tried speaking to the manager called Tonde which was not the first time complaining to him about this matter, he told me to get protector plugs from game for my electronicss as he cant do anything about it. There are small rats inside the cupboard kitchen tearing my food and clothes apart tell me how one is expected to live in a such unacceptable condition whereas u expected to pay full rent every month.up until today there is no resolution to my complaint which shows they dont value and care about their tenants, recently they increase rent without a proper notice to the tenants when we asked about it the response was they failing to pay for the sewerage anymore so tenants should pay for it. This is totally unacceptable I have rented in different places but have never experience such in my whole life. The manager has a stinky attitude when u address the matter to him and doesnt show any interest in your complaint. I refuse to pay rent untill this whole mass is sorted out.please be aware of Mafadi property they dont care about their tenants and no respect at all. I have never come across such manager in my whole life.
