Accounting irregularities and lack of transparency

Despite numerous phone calls and email requests, the Portfolio manager and the accounting person have not provided me with the Body Corporate documents I have requested. The company is therefore disrepecting the rights of owners to access documents produced with their money. They are acting in a very untransparent manner. The levy statements they produce also do not comply with the meaning of the term 'statement'. They do not appear to have the software that would allow them to issue levy statements suitable to Sectional Title Schemes. They make the false assumption that a Scheme is a company or business and that software designed for those entities, can be used to provide financial services to a Non-profit organisation.
