Account faulty in arrears

My name is Nothando Nzuza. Staying at The Bridge, Bridge City Kwamashu. I pay my levies every month in full but Mafadi keep on saying my account is arrears. Im very much ****ed and disappointed about this insult. I have proof of my payments but this is the **** I'm getting.
