Abusive Caretaker

Mafadi greenshank villas caretaker not the most friendliest person.

She talks to tenants the way she wants, making comments like "you can move out if you want" when addressing an issue with the apartment.

This morning at 03:24am we were woken up by the noise caused by 1 of the young tenants and the caretaker herself. Caretaker who is supposed to ensure comfort, miss handled the young tenant by slapping her around...She said to the tenant I am going to beat you up each day, I mean if a person says such where do you live then.

As tenants of Greenshank, we have continuously complained about how the caretaker treats us bit no action has been taken and this morning things got out of hand. Many would describe our caretaker as rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all.
