Abuse and victimization

I don't understand how you people can go into people's home firstly without their permission and lock their doors, When I paid you R10 000 already and only owe you R2500, I am paying R1300 today so the balance owing will be R1200. Then you know there isn't electricity you send electricians to come to my house yet again. My electricity has been off since the 12/04/2019. Other people don't get victimised like this when they owe money. The man downstairs is telling me he hasn't paid his rent this month, so why am I the only one being victimised?

I paid Executive home R13 950 for 1 months rent R4500 and 2 months rent in advance as a deposit which is R9000, key deposit R200 and R250 for a remote. Is my deposit in an interest bearing account because I have lived here 3 years already. This complex is delapidated with old cupboards and damp walls. Broken gates and driveways. I am not going to leave this because its not fair for you to treat me as if I never pay my rent.
