4 months and no deposit paid back to me

Previous tenant with Mafadi property management at their 304 oak ave building. Sent through my notice that I will not renew my lease agreement at the 1st of October 2019. Till today I have not received my deposit. Apparently quorum property management took over the building because of mafadi poor management of the building. All residents have numerous complaints about mafadi's poor service. I contacted their offices and the so called manager "Sipho Mtimkulu" that has absolutely no client service experience stating that he has not received my email. This is the main issue that I have experienced with them, not taking accountability.

"once again"

The last response received was almost a year ago "Feb 2020".
To reiterate my frustration with all my requirements where I needed urgent maintenance namely waterleaks, I would send through the necessary email and I would call their offices to confirm receipt of urgent email.

Numerous occasions I would be expected to resend emails and still follow up. This ties directly to the same issue of emails not being read/lost or deleted.

I am being held accountable for the loss of vital communication such as termination of a lease agreement.

Hopeful to get the issue resolved soonest.

Just took a moment to read replies/reviews and frustration and yet there are so many individuals also facing the same problem, "Deposits not being paid back"

I mean really does that not justify an adequate concern not being addressed and given the necessary attention it deserves.

Sad reality is that almost 2years has now passed with absolutely no refund. Last response received in January 2021!!!!
