3 Months Awaiting Deposit; *********** Kenneth

It's March 2024 and I'm yet to receive my deposit since leaving Indigo Heights in December 2023. Kenneth, the property management, can be classified as a ***** individual who has no sense of urgency, is dishonest in his delivery, and is dismissive when one tries to communicate with him. At this point, I don't see myself getting my deposit back because of the crass manner in which this company handles its business affairs. Not to mention the dilapidated condition that Indigo Heights is in. Mold has grown at exponential rates in the units, and since Mafadi took over, I'd had to pay up to R8k to stay in a place of such low value where almost nothing gets fixed, and when they do attend to something, it's done first with attitude or incompetency and it is not done well. I want my deposit back. I never missed a month without making a payment even with the terrible conditions I lived in. Just pay me my deposit. Your reviews are so embarrassing as it is so please do the right thing.
