Pathetic service from shipping line

Been trying to contact Maersk for release of our shipments for over 2 weeks.

Poor communication and customer service.

I have been put into situations where I have to pay for storage and overstays , which is severely impacting my business, due to Maersk pathetic customer service and platform.

I would like to report this business to the NCC and to the commissioner, as it is very unfair for customers to suffer due to Maersk negligence.

Its an ongoing issue and doesn't seem like they want to fix it. Instead they are changing things internally and now we as customers have to suffer.
