MAERSK - THE MOST USELESS SHIPPING AGENT

Has anyone dealt with Maersk recently- The service is pathetic. You call customer service and the call center is in India with the most USELESS agents. They offer no help whatsoever. Maersk has gone and held our container hostage for outstanding inv's for which we never received!! They are not supposed to bill us directly in the first place. They should bill my agent, but we have been trying for 4 days to get these invoices with no joy, I actually cannot believe it. The worst customer service I ever seen un my life!!!!!
