Worst Courier Experience

This is week 4 and I am still waiting for my study material to be delivered. I really do not understand why UNISA had to change courier company this year because I have never waited more than seven days for a courier company to deliver. I try calling at least five times a day and Madibana agents never answer the phone. I have also sent several emails!!!!
