Worst company in history

The poorest of couriers in South Africa Phoned them twice to find out where my parcel is. Unable to give me a any timeframe Package outstanding for two weeks already Asked to speak to a line manager. Guess what, in a meeting Asked to speak to any kind of manager, guess what, in a meeting. Asked for the contact details for the people in Bloemfontein that has to deliver my package, guess what, they are also in a meeting. How could a University like UNISA give this company a tender to deliver packages???? I will surely contact the dean of the University and complain. This is the worst courier company ever. I can drive to Pretoria and go and fetch the stuff myself and it will be better that to wait for these people..
