Useless courier

They collected documents on the 09th July 24, till today, the documents cannot be traced. Online tracking says the waybill number is incorrect, when yhey check, it doesnt show on their side aswell. Its been +2weeks and they keep on saying they have escalated it to the investigation department. Mind you I have a copy of the waybill that was given by them on dispatch. Such an ***********, ineffective and useless company I tell you.
