Unisa must discontinue using the poor Madibana SA service

I have since written a review about the poor service from Madibana SA in April 2021 after they lost my study material and failed to explain what had happened. After writing a review I only received one phone call from them and they still did not offer me help. I recieved the study material on the 9th of July however the send date on the sticker is written 12 March 2021. I wrote all my assignments without my study material and I will take the matter to the Unisa SRC to make sure Unisa never uses the *********** service of Madibana SA.
