The most unreliable courier company

I'm a nurse and in June I ordered devices from Sanc. In October I inquired about the delivery of those devices on when can I expect the delivery. I was told that they were delivered and given a waybill. When I called Madibana about the delivery on when did they deliver I was told they were delivered in August 23rd. Even worse to someone I don't even know they claim it is a family member of mine. I asked the person who was helping me does it show that I was called on that particular day? He said to me they usually do. I never received any call regarding a delivery for that day not even an sms or email to let me know they will be making a delivery. Since October 10th I've been calling these people they keep saying they'll investigate and get back to me which they never did till this day. How Sanc trusted this company with our devices, I really don't know?
