Terrible terrible service

I have received an SMS on July saying my parcel is out for delivery but even today 6 October,am still waiting for my parcel. I called them and they said they will follow up on it and get back to me but even today am still waiting for my parcel and their follow up call. To show that they **** to me,I tried to call them again for several days after and they hang up all my calls. I think as a customers I deserve to know what's really going on here and what happened to my parcel. Treat people right.
