Terrible Service

I received an SMS a month ago that the courier company will deliver my parcel. I started following up after two weeks on the whereabouts of my parcel. The customer service department couldn't tell me where my parcel was. I've then emailed the Branch manager who promised feedback the next morning, which i didn't receive. I then had to phone and email again. After having nothing further to say to the company they delivered my parcel today. TOW DAYS BEFORE MY FIRST ASSIGNMENT IS DUE!! @UNISA - please stop using this company for delivering study material.
