Terrible Service!

I am still waiting for my study material from UNISA. I received an SMS on 3 August to say that my parcel was out for delivery but nothing has arrived. The tracking number does not work. I've sent emails and was told that someone would call me back to arrange delivery, but I have heard nothing. Such poor service!
