Madibana SA slow deliveries

I am very disappointed with this courier company. Very unprofessional. I made payment for my study material with UNISA mid Jan. On the 1st Feb I received sms from Madibana SA stating that my study material is on route for today's delivery. I never received my study material at all. On Friday 10 Feb I made a follow up spoke to a gentleman by the name of Donald, and he said my delivery will be on Monday 13 Feb. On 13 Feb I did not receive the study material. On 14 Feb I phoned Madibana, I spoke to Kagiso (very impatient guy), who took my details and said will call me in 30min to update me. He never phoned. On 15 Feb I phoned Madibana and spoke to 5 different people (Donald, Kagiso, Brian, Nandipha, and the driver Khutso) on different times. At this point I am even phoning their cellphones. I was told that they will look into my student number and will update me. No one did. I phoned again on 16 Feb, and asked the lady who works the warehouse (Nandipha) an asked her status of my study material. She said it was out for delivery. This was not true. I phone Nandipha again on 17 Feb, at 7h52am to check if my study material is out. She told me it was. Firstly, I had to make lot's of calls to Madibana, and I believe if I did not do follow ups, driver would not have come here. I called driver 3 times on the 17, asking him if he is here, as he kept say 12min every 30min. Driver eventually came, and parks across the main road and asks me to cross the road and collect from him while he is in the car. I refused! He then drove to my road, and the study material is short. So I ask him where the rest is, he says it is coming the following week. Ok, I have been waiting 2 months since I paid for fees, and I find it hard why my staff are not complete. He tells me he still needs to go to Florida warehouse. This is really unprofessional and I don't wish to be going through this again, now I am suppose to wait AGAIN for delivery that might take another 4 weeks! There is something they are missing, I have to start working on my assignment, and have paid earlier to make sure that my study material are sorted in time.
